Fredrik & Adrian granted Husbankens scholarship
The NMBU students Fredrik Dalen & Adrian Søndergaard awarded Husbankens scholarship for interesting master thesis on the work and politics surrounding social living. The students posed the question of how AI could make the construction process more efficient.
PhD Introductory Seminar
Tin will present his PhD with the tentative title, ‘Proptech and its implications on early-stage property development’. Proptech mirrors the existing business practices in the real estate industry, and as a result there is a proptech for every activity that exist in the industry.
Grønlikaia - prequalified among 16 out of 118
Tin will participate with Team Haptic, or the LondonOn team that previously won the Indre Laksevåg in Bergen. The team will participate in Grønlikilen and compete against Helen & Hard and LPO.

This course examines the most challenging aspects of scholarly writing and publishing. The personal and contextual aspects of becoming an academic writer are considered, and effective writing strategies and practices are addressed.

PHDINN903 - Understanding and Exploring Innovation
Tin attends the a course at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL). The full name of the course is “PHDINN903 Exploring and Understanding Innovation” and the aim is to give an overview of the state-of-the-art within the research field of innovation.
DKS Flekken - second tour
As a result of the success back in fall 2021, Tin.uno and Nomad was rehired for a second tour, Hvem påvirker Flekken. The tour is about instigating an attitude and to voice an opinion as to why our physical environment is as it is.
DKS Diagram - selected for spring 2022
Tin joins another round of DKS - this time in Viken county, and with another tour “Diagram - don’tell, draw it!”. The tour is a culmination of Tin’s decade-long approach to conveing his and other people’s ideas instantly.
Fredrik & Adrian +1 Wins the Grensesprenger Award
The NMBU students Fredrik Dalen, Adrian Søndergaard & Torbjørn Danielsen wins Skanska’s Grensesprenger Award of 152.000 NOK. Not only this, but Fredrik would go on to be employed by the host of the competition, Skanska.
Joining the OBR Advisory Board
Tin joins another round with the Oslo Business Region (OBR) Advisory Board, under the research and proptech alibi. The board’s mandate is to identify relevant challenges and opportunities in the business and startup ecosystem in the Oslo region.
