LAA350 - Proptech
Tin held the same lecture he held at Proptech Prodigies some weeks prior. The lecture focuses on two cases: the Norwegian proptech market and how young professionals responds to digital tools. Both of these cases are based on paper 1 and paper 2 of Tin’s PhD.
There’s not much more to say than what has already been clearly stated in the paper defense he held at CIB W070, Berlin.hub, NTNU, Proptech Prodigies. Yes, he’s the type of guy that recycles his lecture. If you have a problem with that, take it up with HR. Tin’s PhD is on proptech, or to be specific, how digitalisation affects core practices in the real estate industry.
The course LAA350 - Projects in Urban Planning is a 20 ECTS course, focusing on the urban development of the city centre in the medium-sized city Sarpsborg. The course encourages studies of structures, massing and in-between spaces. LAA350 was conceived and previously led by professor Elin Børrud, before her departure this year.
