London Masterclass Trip
Tin joins Oslo Metropolitan Area’s the trip, Masterclass London. He was there as the academic alibi among a group of CEOs, executives in the real estate industry. The masterclass was hosted by Haptic Architects and consisted of development projects, such as; Kings Cross, Euston, Battersea Power Station, Googles groundscraper, Queen Elisabeth Olympic Park, White City, Hackney Bridge, LSE etc. Some of the practices visited, were Turner Works, Heatherwick Studios, Morris+Company (separate lecture) etc.
The most crucial institutional visits as the academic alibi, were London School of Economics, New London Architecture, Camden Council, and not least UCL - The Bartlett. At the latter, Tin got to speak at great lengths about the Bartlett’s research interests and conditions surrounding visting fellows.
